We are delighted that you are considering Christ Episcopal Church as the place to celebrate your wedding vows. We are located in the heart of the City of Poughkeepsie, just a few blocks from the Hudson riverfront with its lively amenties and spectacular vistas.
Our beautiful, sacred space has been a splendid setting for weddings for almost 150 years. Our expansive green space provides a park-like environment that inspires a sense of peace while serving as a beautiful backdrop to your special day. The colors of the seasons add to the beauty of our space.

We offer religious weddings in the tradition of the Episcopal Church with a priest to guide you through the process of preparation. You will receive pre-marital counseling, ceremony planning, and spiritual guidance throughout planning and ceremony itself.
Our sanctuary may also be rented for use with your own officiant. We have a beautiful pipe organ and gifted organist available for your wedding as well as a variety of talented musicians in the Hudson Valley so that violin, flute, harp, brass, bass and cello can be added to make your wedding truly magical.
